State Bank of Patiala — about bank official

The cash officer of state bank of patiala, basant avenue (Branch), amritsar do not do her job with full commitment. She always ignores the customer in the bank and tell them to wait for longer hours. Moreover, the lunch break starts at 2pm and ends at 3 pm but she always stop doing her work 15 minutes earlier and resumes her work at 3:30pm. I have experienced this situation 3-4 times and now i have decided to file a complaint against her. Hope the situation gets better soon. Thank you
