Gross misconduct official misuse of machinery by your bank manager by allowing a person to submit request on behalf of his father. He delibrately helped amarjeet singh gill whose father has account with this branch. Amarjeet singh is ahabtitual bank defaulter and is very much known to your bank manager. Kindly hold a departmental inquiry and things would be clear for senior officers and you will come to know how your persons help in getting organised crime.
Your manager never verified the signatures on the letter and moreover never checked the wordings.
