Sir Today 17/04/2017 In SBOP HSHS Branch at Sunam My son Sanjeev Mittal deposit the sum on my behalf because i am the senior citizen and he deposit Rupees 10000/ in my Saving account no [protected] and he going in bank at 1.10 pm and the dealing Cash deposit clerk says he have the instructions I am not deposit the cash amount after 1.00 Pm and you come bank Tomorrow and send urgently NEFT to a party so I deposit the same amount In yours Main branch and for this yours bank charges 58 rupees from my account and the Manager is not on seat when I consult a second Officer She phones to the manager and he saying I am coming from Patiala because He daily comes from Patiala and up to 1.15 PM he is not on his seat I am mentally harassed and also financially harassed with this and the behavior of dealing cashier is very bad So Please sort out this complaint because the common man always face this type of harassment.
