State Bank of Patiala — money from my account got stolen via atm machine and the limit was 40000 whereas the man who stole withdraw 100000 on the same day

I have a account in this bank and last week from my account 1 lakh 17 thousand rupees were withdrawn from atm whereas my card limit was only 40000 so how did the man who stole withdrew 1 lakh 17 thousand on the same day. This is the fault from ur side too that neither i received messages about withdrawal also having a limit of 40000 he withdrew 1 lakh 17 thousand and the atm machine also accepted and gave. I am a senior citizen and is really worried. Plz help
