Recently i visited the branch to operate my account but instead of of letting me to operate my account the staff at the branch told me that my account has been paid. I told them that i never closed my account. And further requested them to show me the vouchers relating my account closer but the staff refused to show me the details and vouchers. Only this, after that when i apporoached the branch manager, he refused to listen me and threatened me. I was left helpless by the branch as my account was closed without my permission, i want the bank to look into the matter and take actions against the branch manager details of my account are as follow.
