deduction of amount

I am an a/c holder in state bank of patiala, branch daresi road in ludhiana, punjanb against a/c number [protected].
I made a purchase on oct31, 2107 using pos machinne. Amount of rupees 3795 got deducted and the transaction got failed. It has been 10 days now and no help is being provided by both the branch and customer care.

Very bad customer service

Sbop main branch samana employees treat very bad to their customers, they can't work properly use their phones while customer standing in lines, when i go for pay a voucher they said the a/c has over limit and vocher can't be pay this is silly reason i have heard so i go another branch and i pay my vocher. A lady is there she do very shark work. Please tell them change their behaviour other wise i changed my bank and my family also...
