I have to change the old passbook and the staff said that the passbook staff is not available come tomorrow. Next day when i go to bank, then he said that come after 20 days to get the new passbook. Then i said that please complete the passbook, then he rejects to complete the oassbook and said that the new passbook and completion of passbook is done after 20 days
