State Bank of Patiala — Transaction declined but cash debited

I used my sbp debit card in grocery store on 9th of december 2016. The machine showed that no payment received but my account ([protected]) was debited with rs311.25. The same problem happened to me earlier also on 25th of november 2016, there i got 90rs debited, but i did not get the cash refunded in my account. Please look into the matter and do whatever is required as it is very disappointing that such incidents take place and such lack of responsibilty and mismanagement is not dealt properly.

Dear Khushdeep,
I also faced that problem but don't worry if your transaction was not successful then you will get your refund. In my opinion all the GOVERNMENT bank server are buggy.
ADVICE :- Please use private bank card for transaction as they are much fast and i never faced any problem with private bank transaction.
