State Bank of Patiala — Very bad customer service

Sbop main branch samana employees treat very bad to their customers, they can't work properly use their phones while customer standing in lines, when i go for pay a voucher they said the a/c has over limit and vocher can't be pay this is silly reason i have heard so i go another branch and i pay my vocher. A lady is there she do very shark work. Please tell them change their behaviour other wise i changed my bank and my family also

i am many times visit to bank ( branch vidyat nagar hisar, haryana) for attach adhar crad with account for gas subsidy but as per gas agency that my account not attach so my subsidy not receive in my account, Please update it & inform me asap
