I purchased this watch somewhere in october 2018 from flipkart, this was manufactured by nes jewelry inc as can be seen from the desrcription. It was less than 2 months or so, that it's strap colour started to fade from gold to black 😑 soon i realised that the band material is not metal, but copper. Also the dial color is fading from gold to white. I need to replace this, it has 1 year domestic warranty.

There's no other option to address the grievances and therefore i had posted my complaint on this ONLY portal, however, i haven't received any sort of help from Steve madden customer care.
