Hello sir,
"i paid them the whole amount of " rs 20, 530 " but they are demanding more in the name of court." i'm in a big trouble, "kindly help me in retrieving my money back and by closing this matter"
Here's the full incident:
In order to utilize my spare time, i applied for part time online jobs on clickindia.com in last week of june. On 1st july at 11.02 am, i got a call from male executive "rohan sharma" at this no. "[protected]" from "aurangabad, maharashtra"
He informed me about the online part time work that "1500 forms should be completed in 10 days with 90% accuracy and salary would be rs 30, 000 i. E rs 20 per form" with no intial registration fees but need to pay 4500/- after completion of work and that will be deducted from first salary.
Though i was not convinced initially, he told me that stm company is govt. Oriented and no chance of any fraudulent activity.
I asked about complete details about company, workers and their salary proofs. He said, first 1 need to register through an app. (Agreement software) for that he told me to give my id proof, alternate number. I send my id proof, alternate number through my mail to "[protected]@gmail.com"
On tue, jul 2, 11:24 am, an email containing "agreement software application" come from "agreement. [protected]@gmail.com"
"agreement via sg3plcpnl0125. Prod. Sin3. Secureserver.net"
I downloaded it. It was consisting of 3 different parts: document, upload photo and sign. I thought its a part of registration, i upload photo and sign. I didn't knew the consequences.
At 12:52 pm, i received company's agreement pdf of 2-7 pages from "information. [protected]@gmail.com". (With helpline no. And id for any query. Helpline no - [protected] / [protected] (Later i found it not working) helpline email id - [protected]@gmail.com)
I was shocked and worried to see that agreement pdf because it was consisting of my uploaded photo, sign with my location map without my approval.
After seeing this i contacted them but no one picked up my call, either their mobile numbers were not reachable or not picking up. I emailed them but not any answer till next day.
On jul 3, 2019, 1:54 pm, i got an email from "" consisting of formfilling work with login id.
As i got that its a fraud company who used to "charge after registration", i did not wanted to work with them, i called them again, this time the male executuve rohan sharma picked up my call. I asked him about every little query in my mind but he failed to answer any query, and told me that he will forward my call to their senior and disconned my call. After that nobody called me.
As i wanted to deregister from their company or for cancelation of my registration,
I called at every given number but nobody responded. Some of their numbers were not reachable everytime i tried.
I mailed them to cancel my registation and they responded by saying that i had to pay the utility chages that is rs.4500/-otherwise they will file a case against me in court. But i denied to give any money because i didnt start or login their given work. Why would i had to pay for cancellation of registration?
Yesterday,
On 16th july, i got a call and mail from "punitgupta" (Advocate associate

That as i didnt complete their work, stm company has send my file in their advocate associate firm to proceed further. So i had to pay the utility and maintenance charges 7550/- only to get noc before 5:00 pm.
They were not listening to me and obviously i had to pay them because i did not wanted to get indulged in any legal matter.
I told my brother about it and paid them rs. 7550/-on "account name: stm autovity soft, account no.: [protected], central bank of indian, ifsc cbin0281250 "
And they told me gave statement that i have no objection in future towards this company. Then after they told me to give extra rs. 12, 980/- only to cancel the agreement with company and if i wanted to continue with the agreement then also i had to pay appx rs.13900.
I was fumigating with anger and at the same time worried about it because an advocate was talking to me and threaten me about the consequences.
As i wanted to get rid of this matter, i paid them rs. 12, 980/- (I have attached all proofs with this complain below) and told them to give noc.
I paid them, the whole amount of " rs 20, 530 "
But they didnt stop there, they told me that they will close the case and gave me noc only when i go there and signed to terminate the agreement upto 11:00 am on 17th july.
"as they knew it that its not physible for me to go there because my place is distantly located from them, they told me that they can do it online and for that i had to pay extra rs. 10, 500/- as court charges.

"at this time they crossed all their limits and i lost my patiene. I cried so badly and i was cursing myself that how come a well educated and a matured person can be a victim of these # and their fraud company"
Then my brother consoled me and told me not to attend their calls or emails, because they knew that its a fraud company and they will charge again and again by threatning at the name of court.

I, defending myself, hereby attached all requisite documents, and payment proofs. Kindly go through it.
This is a very cruicial time for me because i'm preparing govt exams coming ahead. But this incident just took my breath away because paying rs 20, 530/- unnecesary is a big deal. Its not that stm company is a millionaire company and because of my registration they have lost all their money.
As i have paid the whole amounts to them, and still they are torturing me by sending messages. Im not responding but still its a big issue for me.

Registering this company was the biggest mistake of my life.
