I paid them the whole amount of 6500 for cancellation of agreement but now they are demanding more in the name of court. Kindly help me in retrieving my money back and by closing this matter.
Here the incident:
In order to utilize my spare time, i applied for part time online jobs on clickindia.com in third week of june. Then i got a call from i got a call from male executive "rahul desai" from "aurangabad, maharashtra".
He informed me about the online part time work that "1500 forms should be completed in 10 days with 90% accuracy and salary would be rs 30, 000 i. E rs 20 per form" with no intial registration fees but need to pay 4500/- after completion of work and that will be deducted from first salary. I asked about complete details about company, workers and their salary proofs. He said, first 1 need to register through an app. (Agreement software) for that he told me to give my id proof, alternate number. I send my id proof, alternate number through my mail to rahul. I downloaded it. It was consisting of 3 different parts: document, upload photo and sign. I thought its a part of registration, i upload photo and sign. I didn't knew the consequences.
After that i got formfilling work. I completed that work, and after submitting that work i got a mail that qc fail and as per the agreement i had to pay 4500 rs. As i was not able to complete my work. I mailed them and they replied that u hav to pay the amount otherwise charges will increase and their legal dept will deal with this i[censored] dont pay. So i called them to know the procedure now they asked for 6500. But when i asked them in agreement its 4500 then they told me its for complete cancellation of agreement. Then they mailed me their account details. After paying the amount i got a noc. I thought this matter ends there but on 29 sept i got a call from a advocate who told me a warrent is being going to issue against me because i need to sign some documents in aurangabad court. And last date is 1 october. When i told them i dont know anything about this as stm company provided me noc. This guy told me this process can be done online i just need to pay 12000 rs. I denied him so he say tommorrow a warrent will be issued for me.
I really need to clear this matter. Plz help me i m a college going student i cant afford to pay

Registering this company was the biggest mistake of my life.
