Street Light Department — LED light on lamp post not functioning

The street light on the lamp post at my house is not functioning for the last two days. Earlier on my complaint it was rectified twice for that I am thankful. But every time a slightest rain disturbs some connection and the light becomes dysfunctional. Once I observed that while raining it started blinking.
Hope you have understood the complaint. Something wrong with connection.
