Street Light Department — Regarding Street light not working

Hello sir/Madam
This is to I form you that I am the citizen of Faridabad residing in house no 176 sector 18 housing board colony I want to inform you that in we are facing some serious problem regarding the street light is not working at night and we feel very afraid and chance to have for some serious theft from unknown person in night time due to street light is not working for security purpose so I am requesting you kindly help us to resolve this issue so we feel secured looking for a positive reply from your side and action
