I have ordered shoes on 31 dec, 2016. Its almost 3months and till now order is not received but the status of order is delivered. I donno for whom order is delivered. Please provide pod. If you couldnt do so cancel my order and refund my money. The bad thing is i have paid money online or else i would have not bothered and get the shoes from some other site.
No response when we try to contact customer care.

I am still waiting and my order has not been delivered yet. Also i checked on my account one of my order is not even displayed in my orders even though i have paid for and the payment has been accepted.

I placed an order on 16 February 2017.My order no.is 1313312 and had not been delivered yet ..the product delivery date was 9 March 2017 but was not delivered it's very pathetic you people don't even reply to our emails and calls... this was my first order and i am very disappointed with your customer service.where's my order and when will it be delivered it's more than 21 days now....

I have placed order number #1290528 ordering 4 shoes on 9th February and the order still has not been dispatched after 30 days and after submitting multiple queries on their website. Please see the status of the order and have it delivered soon....

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from street style store on 3rd feb, i received the order shortly but two of them were smaller so i exchange them for a bigger size, the product was picked up soon after but ever since then there is no report of the delivery. The status on the site shows delivered. It hasn't yet been delivered. Its my sister's wedding in a week and it's really disappointing.

I ordered shoes but the size was small so i raised a request to exchange and i returned to the courier guy with reference no[protected] on 3rd march... But till now neither i got any acknowledgment mail nor my product been exchanged.. This company doesn't have any no so that customer can call regarding their issue.. They should atleast be punctual... Rubbish service this company is giving... M never gonna suggest anyone to buy anything...

I placed order on 13th feb but didn't receive it yet. Online payment already done to make it asap but no luck. Contact numbers are not working. I didn't receive any satisfactory response over mails. After sending mails, order status just changed to "priority dispatch". It's already been a month and i have no idea about my order delivery. Guys can you please tell me the delivery status of my order....

On 19 February 2017 I had done transaction of INR - 999 but

first time It was through but in your system it's showing COD
second time it was through but I got deduction 02 time now refer attached data and give me refund.

Please try to solve matter asap....

I have ordered the boot of size 35, that does not fit. I want to get the bigger size of the same product. Order number is #1354421.

My order reference is #1237046. I had sent a pickup exchange request nearly three weeks ago and I've not received a pickup yet. The delivery too was done pathetically late and quality sucks too. I had written several mails yet they won't care and their phone too is always switched off. If I don't receive a pickup soon, I'm going to file a fraud complaint against them in police....

Streetstylestore.com #1354375 i have received incorrect product. The one i received is totally different from that was shown on your website. You can't mis-lead anyone. Kindly update on the refund process since i don't have sizing issue.
Solve my query as soon as possible as the product i have received is completely different then the website image also the product is faulty.

My order no is# 1305264, i had placed the order on 14th fed, they haven't delivered it yet, i have sent so many mails but hardly any response from their side, very poor service .I had called the courier company as well but no response, kindly have a look and deliver the product . Pathetic quality. pathetic response. you dont even get the exact product as seen online! i need to return 4 pair of shoes. They just dont reply. and have already returned one which is lost somewhere. no update regarding the same. plus, is the no money back option nor do they respond to your mails and cases built on their website. They dont even offer vouchers if not the money. Also, you cant exchange it with anything else than the size!...

I had ordered for a boots and i received but the packing was so pathetic that it damaged the boots. An exchange was requested and the delivery person collected it. After that the status is exchange product delivered. I have sent emails requesting an update as in when i would get my boots. Cash is already paid but i do not have the product now.
