Hello, this is the third time am complaining. The response for previous complaint is will send you POD, but no response. I have ordered shoe on dec 31, 2016. Till now didnt receive order and the status of order is delivered. No POD provided for the order. I wouldnt have if i hadnt been paid online. Please deliver the order or refund my money.

#1367862- On 17 Feb, 2017 I placed my order. On 22 Feb I received it but the size was very weird an unexpected so I sent for an exchange of order. The product was on COD. When they needed the money the product was delivered on time. After getting the money and taking the exchange product was picked up from my place on 27 Feb. Very fast action taken till this phase . But after that till today i.e. 26 march almost a month I have not received...

I am going to take severe action against you people. You are just fooling around people by making them place the order, pay money & not delivering the product & saying you will provide the voucher for the same which is having no money on it

I ordered my product on 3/3/2017 but it has not arrived yet. its been more than 3 weeks and none of the numbers are answering the call.it is showing shipped in my detail box but it is not here yet. why do they not answer the call atleast accept a call and tell us the delivery details.if the product is not going to arrive please atleast give a confirmation about it. its been more than 30 days we are waiting for our order...

Guys what going on you people only gave the voucher code of rs1897 and now what have you people done you have literally crossed all your limits of fooling your customers . Common people it was my refund money n to save your bloody ass you sent the free voucher now when we have placed order with that voucher you still played your game of looting customers n fooling them .

These guys are terrible.
After waiting for over a month.. After messaging them twice or thrice.. they replied and messaged me that my order has been cancelled.
Highly dissappointing...

I had ordered footwear on the first of March it's the 25th now and I lodged so many complainers already. Funnily three days ago I got a call that your order is in priority dispatch and you will receive a URL to track your order and receive it by the end of the week. Its the end of the week now and I haven't yet received my order neither have did I get that URL to track my order. Can someone respond to me from the store? My order reference...

My order#CPDMBLOZD has deliver a big size heels therefore i wanted to exchange the product of smaller size.I placed my order on 27/12/2016 But no one has come to picked up the product for exchange. Its been more than 2 months but i didn't receive any information regarding the product .i want to knw tht when is it going to be come to take the product for exchange. kindly send the proper size product or refund the amount......

With reference to Order #[protected]-3516273, I can't see my order in the Order Details section of my account. Also, I haven't received any acknowledgement email from you. However, my order status shows "successful" on CC Avenue (photo attached). I had made the payment also (checked the account statement of my account which h clearly shows the debit amount to SSS).
Kindly acknowledge the placement of order. If not, I want my refund....

I had placed my order for shoes 2 pairs i even cannot get a tracking number. Is your responsibility just over after payment ? Its been 22 days now, I have complained to your support system as well getting no replies please dispatch my order soon. You do not provide information about any of your shipping details or to track my order, I think paying behore hand was a mistake, if do not get replied back then sorry to say but this site is not...

I ordered shoes throught sss online shopping on march 10th, i got the wrong size of shoes so i sent it back to them for size exchange on march 14th but till now i did not get any imformation about my shoes. Its been many days. When i request for exchange next day itself they came and collected my shoes but once they took back they didnt sent me any message or mail....

This is such unprofessional customer care service and pathetic website.There is no responsible team who follows up on any queries or answers the call.I have ordered 4 products more than a month back and till now no confirmation received or neither product got delivered.This website for streetstyle store is just to fool the customers and play around after getting the money .This kind of websites should be blacklisted....

Hi.. i have not received my order with order id - [protected]-304326. It was ordered on 15th feburary 2017. Since then i have not received any message or email from team regarding the shippment of the product. Neither my calls are answered nor i get any replies of my emails sent. This is highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory behavior on their part. I request you to register a complaint against them and ask them to tell me the status...

I placed the order for this prouct on 12th march 2017.. The product was deleivered within a week or so... But due to inappropriate size of the product i had to return the product... The pick up process took place on19th march 2017...
I am not receiving the tracking details of the exchanged product... The customer care cannot be contacted... This irresponsible attitude of the company is very disappointing... Please look into this matter...

I have ordered slippers on the http://streetstylestore.com/ for 999 on 01st March 2017.Still now they not delivered the product..No SMS kind of proff..when I went and raised complaint against my orders in their website..No response..its been 23 days of been ordered.
I do not know whats happening.....

My order#1365042 has deliver a big size sneaker therefore i wanted to exchange the product of smaller size. The member of AD-NOVOEX had already picked up the product for exchange. Its been more than 5days since the exchange pickup is done but i am not receiving any information regarding the product or when is it going to be come. So kindly send the product or refund the amount....

Looks like Looting customers is their business model.
