I found this company details on nukri.com and i called them to [protected] number. And they told me about their different policies like for 100 pages we have to provide 2360 as security amount for 6days and we have to just type what they give you without any change. Ok i took 100 pages and paid the security amount of 2360. Then they provided the data which was the rar folders and the data's were too small that we can't even see without zooming. And we can't understand that if there is space between the words and signs like (,.) and some other signs if that is any symbol or letters. If we make mistake in that they will not pay money for that page and so on. They had some many rules and regulations that we will not be able to follow. So i told them before the dead line which they gave me that is 10 days, that i am not able to do this work so kindly pay back my money which i have given. First i texted in whatsapp to the lady who made me join. Then first she told me that she can't refund me first do the work then they will refund me. Then i told that i am not able to do so please give me my money. At last she told me that she will inform the publication house and within 2, 3 days they will refund me. Then when i called her after 2days she was like she will not refund me. Then i called her the next day again and she gave the phone to some other guy, and he told me that he will send my complain to the publication house and within 10, 20 mits he will reply me. So i waited, then the next day when i called they were not picking my call, and if they pick the call and understand if that is me then they will cut the call or putting it on hold and transferring to each other. At last the guy took the call and he was like we will not refund you the money because for us the data is loss so we can't. This people don't even know to speak in english they were asaking please speak in hindi. Now what will i do please help me to get my money back.

Sun Glow Infotech Solutions Customer Care's response I can't understand what's that going on and who are you really i'm fed up of all that things if you had join my company so you had a proof of that so please forward your offer letter and invoice letter of your payment. I want that and who is Deepak we don't know and why you are submitting fake complaints about my company so if you had some proof of your joining in my company i want that ..and you are talking about English that we cannot speak in English so you can conversation with us any time.

Post your all proofs of joining in my company in this also.Because those peoples who had join in my company they all have offer letter and invoice letter of payment.

But he will not post here any document because he has not worked in my company. This complaint has been inserted just to defame my company and this work belongs to my competitors, which have a negative effect on my company's visitors.

I Request the people that because of any false person, do not make their future dark. Our company does not force anyone to join. First we give the right information about work or company and then only ask to join.

Let me tell you that if you have any call with this name Riddhi, Navya, Radhika and Deepak, Vikarm Singh then please do not talk to him. Because they are doing cheating the people with the name of the company. These people also send you my company's information.but do not trust these peoples ane let me tell you that no girl works in our company.

If you want to know about our company then you can call us on the numbers which is given on our website.
Because of those people, my company's reputation is getting worse.

Be careful and do not give your amount to the wrong people.

Hi Rajat,

If this is the situation that we should believe you. No issues. I have also requested for the refund of my money as due to some emergency i need to leave and i am not able to complete my project as i am unavailable. You are requested to refund my money back to my account. As i have read all the T&C and there was no line stating the amount will not be refunded. Hence, you are requested to speak to navya who responds less post receiving the money. So please refund the amount

Hi Mr. Rajat

That is not at all my problem that some one else is cheating us. It is your issue I just want my Rs. 2360 instantly or else I will keep writing let me see till when you are not going to refund my money. And for sure if I don't receive my money I have no issues in visiting your office and take the amount in cash and you will have to face the consequences. You know it is very easy for us to do it. So please I don't want things to get worse . I want my money back with confirmation call at anycost
