Sunglass Hut — Eyewear

We had bought shades from Sunglass Hut India - Airport Terminal 2 store, Mumbai on 6th Nov. After that, we immediately went to Indonesia and there we realised that the shades have a weird reflection. We came back on 15th, and on the next day on 16th Nov, we went to exchange the shades at the same store however the guy at the counter just refused it. He said they have a 7-day exchange policy which isn't mentioned anywhere and we were neither told about it. Even there is no mention of this on the bill. We had spent INR 19, 500 on this and it completely went to waste. We were in Singapore on 15th Nov and they were ready to refund / exchange, however only because of the exchange rate difference we decided to come back to India to exchange it. But the staff at the airport was very rude and completely unprofessional and didn't care about the fact that our hard-earned money will go to waste if he doesn't exchange it. We weren't even trying to refund it - just simply exchange the shades because these were not usable. He harassed us and we also almost missed our flight in this commotion. I would please need a refund of this amount and also a charge on Sunglass Hut for this unprofessional and harassing behaviour.
