I went to Sunglass Hut on 7th May 2017 around 3:40pm at DLF Mall of India Store (Noida Up). Me and wife want to purchase a pair of sunglasses and the cashier (manager) helps us to pick right sunglasses for bot o[censored]s. I took around 30-40 minutes to choose sunglasses, i was looking only squires shape sunglasses because i was using earlier RayBan sunglasses. after spending so much time in sunglasses hut i decided to buy Prada or Rayban sunglass for me, but cashier told me Armani sunglasses this look good on my face which dose’t look good to me at all. She told me you buy Armani one if you don’t like than you have 15 days to replace your sunglasses.
When i reached home and shown my new sunglasses to my other family members everyone saying, this doesn’t look good on your face. immediately i decided to replace same day but i was late. so i decided to replace during office days that’s why i kept sunglasses in car with bill. Every day i tried to go store but unfortunately i was buy in office so i could not went to change sunglass from sunglasseshut.
Today is Sunday a week later i went to store for change purchased sunglass, same sales girl was there her name Shreya (employee 9296) examine sunglasses and refuse to change because according to her there is minor scratch on glass, but i have’t use for single day. She told me they don’t have policy to replace sunglasses after 20 minutes discussion she told me you have to pay for glass cost 2500/- I refused to pay because i have’t use why should i pay extra 2500/- for replace suddenly she started shouted and go form store mail to company they will change your sunglasses. I have never experienced with top brand she dishonest and rue no customer service.
I would give Sunglass Hut negative stars, unfortunately there isn't such option available. Worst Sunglass Hut and customer service I have received ever. Was this information helpful? |
