The 15L water heater just started using, but heater not working (Power on or Heater on indicators on the unit always shows off)
Power supply at sockets are okay.
We bought 3 units from Electrical World, Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala.
But only one found not working.
Kindly depute your technician/engineer
