Its been more than 2 years that i am using shuttl service and the registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com, every month i receive invoice or the transaction details on the same email id, surprisingly on 05th march, 2020, i have received the transaction details on my official company's email id also that was never registered with shuttl (Super highway labs pvt ltd) nor with their payment gateway "razorpay". I tried to connect with their representatives over chat and email but no positive response. They have no evidence to show if i ever have registered my official company's email id with them and do not have the answer how it landed up there.
I would like to raise a concern because it is about data security while using shuttl, customer has to think twice then if this is the case. Today it is about email id, tomorrow it may turn out as any other personal confidential information. Communication evidences with shuttl and razorpay are available on your request.
Hence, request you to please look into it on urgent basis and take appropriate actions.
