Its been more than 2 years that i am using shuttl service and the registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com, every month i receive invoice or the transaction details on the same email id, surprisingly on 05th march, 2020, i have received the transaction details on my official company's email id also that was never registered with shuttl (Super highway labs pvt ltd) nor with their payment gateway "razorpay". I bought a 1 month pass with Shuttl. In the last 10 days of my experience with the company, I have faced 5 issues where either the shuttl didn't arrive at all, left before the pickup time, didn't stop at the pickup time and was impounded midway because of some road tax issues.

On each of these days due to lack of service for which I had already paid for I had to book cabs costing me at least Rs 500.
