I had booked/purchased a 2 bhk in supertech eco village-2, greater noida (West) clp plan in sep 2012.
My flat details: eco village-2, tower: c6, flat: 1803
1as per allotment letter register through e - stamp between supertech & me super area of my flat was 1010 sqft.
But now builder supertech in his pre - possession outstanding statement asking from me (Consumer) for extra money as a price for differential area + taxes.
Because supertech claimed that now they had increase super area of my unit by 96 sqft so now as per builder supertech new super area of my unit is now 1106.
But neither supertech had informed us nor taken our approval regarding increasing super area.
Even supertech is not sharing with us details of increase area in our unit.
2 in pre possession out standing statement supertech is also charging from buyer additional compensation charges charges @inr 65/sqft +taxes.
3 in pre possession out standing statement supertech is also charging from buyer labour welfare charges charges @inr 20/sqft +taxes.
4 in pre possession out standing statement supertech is also charging from buyer additional escalation charges.
