This is to inform you that i mr. Jaswant singh s/o rama booked a 2 bhk flat at your supertech basera, sector - 79 gurgaon. This was done by the authorized dealer of yours named - axiom land base in sahara mall, shop no- 128. The contact person there named mr. Vishal (Contact no - [protected]) and mr. Virendra ( contact no - [protected]) informed me that if i pay the premium booking amount, then i will be alloted confirmed unit and tower of my choise. I agreed to pay the amount against ground floor to tower no -1. They confirmed that i will be allocated the ground floor in tower no - 1 if i pay rs- 1 lakh extra for it. I agreed to these terms and payed some advance money as well. But now they are confirming that there is someissue with the allotment of the flat of my choice in tower no - 1 and instead of tower no -1, i will be allocated the apartment in tower no - 10, i am not confortable with this change and wanted my money back.
Instead of returning the booking amount . They are further saying that rs - 25, 000 will be deducted from the money i paid as iam cancelling the booking. This is not my fault at all. I followed all the term given by your authorized dealer and now iam in trouble and ablut to loose money.
Therefore i humbly request you to refund me the money amount fo rs - 96, 500 paid by cheque no - 031123 dated 13.03.2016 as soon as possible.

2- One wooden door is broken.
Moreover dirty water stores in back of flat & not cleaned regularly basis.
Also escalated to Maintenance department.
