Supertech — Customer harassment by supertech employees & illegal cut in fund transfer

This is to inform you that around 7-8 months back, i purchased 4 different properties from supertech namely supernova, eco village, hilltown. Golf village.
Before i made these purchases i was treated like a king or a god by investor clinic as well as supertech. I was offered rides to visit sites, was offered free lunches & god knows almost everything i demanded. But as soon as i paid them the initial amounts and the call for demands came, i was literally scolded and was talked to in an almost abusive tone by people etc. This is when i had paid all the demands for all properties on time. So let me discuss the torture one at a time :

Case1 : i was offered a unit in a project called hilltown. The unit ofered to me didn't even exist at that time. When i asked for a cancellation and refund, i was thoroughly harassed for around 5 long months. Today i came to know that after 5 long months of torture, they had finally transferred the amount but they have cut rs.25000 without any reason from my hard earned money. My only mistake was to believe in a brand called supertech and i was literally tortured like hell for the last 5 months. I almost called everybody in supertech, made hundreds of calls to god awful people (Who don't even have the slightest respect of customers), was scolded several times by these people but i didn't let my patience die and finally i got my money but that too after a cut of rs.25000.
Can somebody please explain to me the reason to cut that amount when the real culprits were the people who sold me that non existent property? Why would i bear the burden?
Is my hard earned so cheap for supertech that they cut rs.25000 without any mistake of mine and did not even bothered to inform me that they are going to cut any amount?


Case 2 : my second biggest mistake was to call mr. Xx for my pending demand in golf village. I was curious for the last 2 months as i was not getting any kind of mail or sms or letter for this property for which i knew that the demand was due and also i knew that i am getting my fund transferred from my unit in hilltown to this unit in golf village. I tried contacting several people several times but did not get the required information. I even contacted the customer care department (Equally rude & always pissed off by any questions asked by the customer) of supertech but the lady did not had any information. So i made this mistake of calling mr. Xx at supertech. Oh my god, he got so pissed off by my call, that he actually scolded me of not paying my dues. When i told him to talk to a customer with respect, he became more rude and told me to contact the customer care for any further query. I even tried to explain to him the reason of delay that my funds are getting transferred from one of your projects but he had no time for all this bull or nonsense of mine.
Can somebody explain me what was my mistake and whom should a customer contact in these kind of cases? I also admit that i literally wanted to abuse mr. Xx madly and badly but then i remembered that if i did that i would loose the only point of contact for that property and i had to again call the customer care department, the thought of which only made me shiver with embarrassment.

I am tired and broken by all this in the last 5-6 months and my patience is also finished. I feel so ashamed and embarrassed whenever i make call to supertech that i almost decide to quit any investment made there. I am a person with utmost respect and dignity in society but whenever i talk to almost any person in supertech, i feel such pain that i cant even explain.
Have i committed such a big crime by making some investments in supertech?

Has supertech given so much authority to people like mrs. Xx, mr. Xx & like wise that they get the right to scold, embarrass, torture and play with the dignity of people like us? We, the customers have become so miserable and helpless that we almost feel fear in talking to these so called customer representatives at supertech.
Who are they to talk to us like that? How dare they? No, not any more. Today i take that challenge to take action against these people who make our lives miserable.

Why would i bear the burdens of interest, penalties, cuts & other illogical charges by the builder when i am not guilty?
When you people can take so much time in transfers & payments then why cant we? When you can commit mistakes by allotting me wrong units in a project then why is me to be blamed? I also demand my rights of equal interests, penalties & other charges to be paid to me in case of mistakes done by you.

I will contact every regulatory authority, every government department related to it, every private organisation & every social medium but i will not let these people embarrass me any more. I am sending this mail to cm up, pm, credai & almost every other department related to real estate. And i will not stop until i get my respect, rights and dignity back.

it happens with every other customer. Generally builders and there agencies such as Investors Clinic(Fair example, they always sell any property at very high price than other brokers) believe in looting the hard earned money from buyers. You cant assume that on every deal and average customer lost 5-7 lakh on their purchase. now we come to their customer care. Gundo se sabhya vyahvahar expect karna to hamari khud ki galat fehmi hai...ek Real Estate Developer kitna bhi bada ho jaye..but uske ander ka gundapan nahi jata hai...DELHI NCR is one of the best example. Every other real estate broker, developer is a goon in NCR. They understand one thing very well. Customer hai kahan tak jayega.. Paise to hum lekar rahenge..nahi dega to flat nehi denge..aur case karege to joote ghiswa denge... means ..marna akhir customer ko hi hai...now come to the Govt..Govt to inki jeb mein rehti hai...kitne bhi estate bill pass ho jaye...customer ka khuch nahi hona hai...kyoki adhi real estate to Neta logo ki wjh se hi chalti hai...ye jaisa chahenge waisa hoga...
