Please note I myself Mohd. Shah Alam had booked two studio apartments in Spira.
Allotment letter signed dated 03 April 2012 Unit No: R203SPIRA3820 area 645 Sqft
When we were interested in your project we were been informed by your sales executive that our investments will get twice benefited from the invested amount within three years.
No doubt it is the best project in Noida but my funds have got blocked in this investment as your executive informed me that the project will be completed in 2015 this was told to me in 2011.
Let me inform you, I have taken loan from Kangara Co-operative Bank so that I could pay you the amount on time without any delays. As a middle standard working man I thought that I would be benefited by making these investments but all went in vain as your mediators I mean the executives just gave us hopes, wrong commitments and dreams in a common man life but all didn’t stand true as committed by him.
I myself have thought something which I would like to bring to your knowledge but please do give a thought to my problem and try to help finding a best solution as I consider myself a family member of Spira.
Since the dues are pending of Spira and bank installments too I have thought of selling one Unit which is 3930 so that I could pay for the other unit.
1) Please note I have already given lot of advertisements on internet for resale of this property Unit 3930 but no results as no one is interested in this purchase as far as the calls which I have received through Magic brick Property.com 99 acres India times properties etc.
2) Also have spoken to few brokers but no response this struggle is going from last one year.
3) This will also help me to recover my losses and handle my other responsibilities too.
4) Hoping for some benefits to be received on the invested amount
Please note with a heavy heart I have thought of this solution so that I can have at least one Unit in your Spira as dues and penalties of Bank is bothering me a lot would request you to give me a earliest reply.
