Supertech — delay in handover/ sports village noida extension

Dear Supertech team,
Unfortunately i have trusted and booked a villa in your sports village Noida extension project in 2014. Hand over of the same was promissed by Mar 2018. But even after 1 year there is no news or comunication from your end to me. I am paying huge amount of interest monthly to bank. Now bank has notified me that they will be downsizing my loan to actual disbursal amount only and no further trench will be disbursed to developer due to delay. I am stuck between bank and supertech. How do i get compensation of my losses.

I have also booked a flat in Supertech Sports Village in 2014 and my money is stacked also Indiabull has downsized the loan because of over delay, no response from Supertech on this also no develoments are going on there.
