Dear sir/madam,
We had booked a flat unit no -1104 (R025d161104) in d16 tower of the eco village - 3 on 6th january 2011 of the builder "supertech limited" by paying the first payment of rs. 50, 000 under construction linked scheme. As per the payment scheme mostly payment of rs. 21, 99, 364 has been already made to the company up to march 2015 at the stage of on casting of fourteen floor slab but so for no specific date was given for the next demand and also for possession of the said a flat. Last time in march 2017 when i mail to crm team of the company head office at noida, we were mail to us that categorically next demand will be given in may 2017 and possession will be given september 2017.
But on the web site of the company, possession date is given as july 2018.
As per "allotment letter of the company" as per the 1st allotment letter page 7, "possession o[censored]nits" possession date is given may 2013 with grace period of 6 months. Subsequently the company was changed flat allotment in eco village –iii in d-16, 1104 from eco - village-ii, d-19, 504 and as per revised "allotment letter of the company" as per the 2nd allotment letter page 9, "possession o[censored]nits" possession date is given july 2016 with grace period of 6 months.
Already allotment is delayed more than 4 years than its due date. Already we have suffered a lot monetarily due to non delivery of the said flat on due date. Company has stop the correspondence with us for correct position of delivery of flat and till date mostly all payment of the flat received but not giving the possession of the flat even after more than 6 years.
