Supertech — delay possession of flat in supertech eco village 1, tower b18

Address: Supertech Eco Village 1 ,Greater Noida west

We have purchased flat supertech ecovillage 1, tower b18, flat no 808 in 2010 and still waiting for possession. Its being 10 years and now it is very tough to pay rent and emi both specially in covid.
Crms are continuosly changing the date and they are not ready to refund the amount.
It is an harassment for us and we feel like we are stuck.
