I want to complain about the pathetic customer service and really unprofessional and rude staffs at the maintainance office. They are getting a salary because we residents are paying hefty maintainance charges, but instead of having courtesy and gratitude towards their duty and service, they act even worse than the government employees. They openly deny doing things and even use abusive languages against the residents. On top of it, they have been involved in some fraudulent activities too, they charge 1500 rupees extra for the intercom connection and never connect one. Its been more than 3 months since we have shifted, and yet the connection hasn't been done. Infact wen asked and questioned about the same, they just rudely say " madam ho jayega jab hona hoga, baar baar dimaag kharaab mat karo." Like really!! And even when we try to contact on the official nos., they put it on flight mode so that they dont have to take the calls.
Are these guys even trained or even explained how should they behave when in customer service industry?? I seem to have wasted my money on such nuisance project. Is there a way to get these people removed and rehire someone who are more responsible and sensitive?? Was this information helpful? |
