I would like to logde a complaint against Supertech Eco Village 3, i have booked flat in EV3 and G4 Unit and given possession date of Dec 2017, now they have already increased by 3 years,
this is really frustrating as at this moment i have paid 30 % amount and Builder is saying your land is in Legal Issues, they are big time cheater and doesn't tell the exact issue.

Supertech come with basara project and during allotment management hold the allotment for some UNIT and till the time they have not announces result for those unit

after waiting for two years finally I have submit the application for refund my application amount but still the company not act on my application for refund payment
