Supertech — i am complaining regarding my possession timing and, the way construction is going on it was suppose to deliver in 2018 not surety by next year

Dear st team;
I booked my flat in january 2015 at ur hill town sohna project, during the booking it was informed that it would be delivered by october 2018 but the way progress is going on i don't think it will be delivered in 2019.

Can it be cancelled now so that i can go for ready to move house.
