Supertech — I have not received my cancellation refund

I have cancelled my allotted unit under super tech basera affordable project of sector 79 gurgaon, 5 months ago but till today i have not received the refund of my token money and when ever i am calling/speaking to the concern person of your gurgaon office on phone they say at the end of the month you will receive and the same thing i am listening from last 3 months, i request you to please refund my amount asap as i have borrowed that money from someone and i am paying interest of that from my own pocket and its getting very difficult to me.Please treat this complaint on priority as i have totally got frustrated.I have already submitted the req. documents for cancellation on your gurgaon ofice 5 month ago

Its better to file a consumer complaint where you get your money returned with interest and yes joint complaints are maintainable.
