We have 2 units booked C-1( 1108 & 1107 in the name of Payal Gupta & Vijay Garg). Please check the attachment of the court order.
Again I will go to the court if I found the wrong amount you are charged & also take help of social media to Escalate this case.
I need urgent rectification in the Demand letter raised by you which is totally wrong. I need below Rectification with settlement of Delay payment from your side
Note :- Also Share the Photo of my Project, Building, Floor & Flat.
Points which is to be Ratified
1. escalation charges are never levied on delayed possession. ( Prepared by & Approved by Name & Sign missing which I Required to file court case)
2. I Booked you Apartment on 13th Feb 2013 by paying 3 Lac booking Amount in Pre-Launch stage & after that your project was launched in July 2013 & at that time you demanded the money which i Pay.
Note :- In pre-Launching you have give some papers in which you clearly mention that demand will start after Launching there will be no Right till the time customer not received the Allotment Letter
3. There is no delay in my payment whenever you raise the demand letter. I paid all the installment before time so the amount you charged Rs 47, 805 is totally false.
4. In Pre-Possession outstanding Statement you mention
Electricity Charges Rs 25, 000 per KYV + Tax (Optional)
Power back up charges Rs 25, 000 Per KVA + Tax (Optional)
Note :- Above charges already included in Total cost of Rs 29, 58750 & we already paid that So now change the Pre- Possession letter & mention that you already Received both the Amount.
5. Labour Welfare charges is not mention in Allotment letter so why I will pay for that
6. Again on sheet in calculation of Net Dues again you charge Service tax & GST which you already charged on
Interest on Delay payment + TAX
Water connection charges + TAX which is 18%
Labour welfare charges + Tax which is 18%
Note :- If you charge any payment which is not valid then I will go to the court.
