I have booked a flat in supertech hill town around an year back under subvention plan. Now after an year supertech has sent me an email saying there will be a bit of delay in prepayment of EMI to the bank. I waited the provided date passed and my prepayment EMI never came back. I reached out to CRM and Ankita Dixit from customer relations and and i have been given another "goli" to wait till end of the month. The month is over I tried to contact their customer care, no response, i sent an email to CRM and Ankita no response, i even sent a follow up... NO RESPONSE. Now they have stopped responding to my complaints. I could have been patient however no response to a customer's query means they don't have any intentions to pay pre EMI's.
There is no way somebody can reach out to them. it's a one way communication. when these people sent an email there is no contact number. I am planning to go legal on this matter.
