Supertech Limited — Charging maintenance and electricity illegally and quality of construction is very bad

Project name & address- Upcountry Supertech, Yamuna Expressway, YEIDA, Sector 17A, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP.
1) Maintenance charges- Without getting OC & CC they are charging maintenance charges which is illegal.
2) Electricity charges- This project do not have legal consumer electricity connection for residents since they have not got OC & CC. They fraudulently somehow have given the possession to some 200+ buyers saying the OC/ CC & registration will be done soon in two- three months, which has not happened even after 4+ years. They are have got industrial connection of electricity for project work of 200-300KVA and they are supplying from the same to the residents...which is again illegal. They have got lease line for 200-300KVA and supplying more than double 600+KVA. They are actually stealing electricity from the authority.
Since they have fraudulently given the possession to the buyers and they cannot deny the basic amenities like water, electricity, road and general up-keeping of the society Request yourself to do the needful. a) stop maintenance charges b) stop electricity charges.
3) Quality of construction- The quality of construction work is very very bad. After paying full amount. Water comes out from the walls and floor of my basement, since they have not done the water proofing properly. I have been requesting the builder to rectify the same from last three years but they have not given me the permanent solution. I had consulted a private civil contractor...they told they have to do water proofing with stone in all the 4walls and floor then only this issue will get resolved. Request yourself to take strict action and make them to give me a permanent solution from water leakage.
