I was asked by supertech to opt for a new unit as they changed ground floor to podium. Upon request, I opted for another unit on 2nd floor. Now I got a letter that I have a payment overdue since 2014. The mail was sent by banking relation executive. I wrote them back stating the new unit was allotted to me one month back and since then I have not received any demand letter then how come I am getting the reminder letter. The executive called me up and I explained him the complete matter and he understood the same. However, again they sent a reminder letter and not the apology mail. I wanted them to write me back with apology for wrong demand and send me corrected demand letter without interest. CRM team and banking team is not listening to the matter appropriately. I did not get any response to my above query neither through mail marked to CRM team and officials of banking relations team. Also, I did not hear anything back on my complaint through this portal. Supertech is completely ignoring the matter. I have already written 3 mails and did not hear back anything on the response.

I requested CRM team to share senior officials email id with me so that I can take the matter up as escalation. However, I did not get the same.
