I own a flat (1008) in tower A2 tower in Supertech ecovillage 1. I was promised for 3 month possession after I completely pay dues and advance payments for all formalities and Maintanence. Later I got no revert and I had no other choice to keep a keen check and make regular visits to project office as a daily task since last summer .I have been on continuous follow up with project head to supervisors of tower and to lower staffs too blamed sometimes funds while other times workers for delay … I have been enough patient and got chased enough and finally few days ago I got handover.and when I stepped into flat the work quality, the material and the supervision was zero . I am so fed up and disappointed with the work ans again I am chasing them for same … if my complaint is not taken seriously, this time I will take legal action … against all the people who kept chasing me and assuring me for delay but perfect work …
