Supertech Limited — Handover of the flat(Ro26CS101901)in CS-10-Tower at CAPETOWN-Noida-Sec-74

We have booked a flat in Cape Town -Sec-74 Noida -CS-10 Tower-Flat 1901 in February 2012 and it states that the we would get the possession of the flat in Feb 2014 and as per the agreement. Another Six months of delay was mentioned.When we enquired at the main office in Sec -58, they gave us the assurance by May 2015, we will get the possession letter but its been three months and no letter has reached us as yet. We want to know for sure when we will get the possession letter and again as mentioned in the agreement the company will pay a penalty of Rs 5 per square feet for any delay after the six month from the due date.
