Supertech Limited — Possession Delayed /No Response from Builder

I had booked a flat in K2 tower of Eco Village 1, It's been closed to 10 years & still not got possession & Moreover the builder CRM has stopped responding to my mails also.
I have already paid 90 % amount & now struggling to get my home.
