If anyone ever want to destroy their happiness of life, he should buy flat from supertech. On an unfateful day, I purchased a flat in Nicholas 2 at Supertech Czar suites and received the possession letter in Nov 2015 after much delay of around 3 years and to my surprise the supertech offering the so called pre - possession letter without OC / CC and want payment which is way beyond anyone can imagine. Other than 5% remaining payment, a new set of charges were introduced to harass the buyers which includes
Farmer compensation at 187 rs psft.
Water connection,
Labour charges,
Interest on delay payment (yes even if delay is from supertech),
Escalation charges (yes even if they have not been working for many years) and
advance maintenance for whole year.
All these are over and above 5% final demand and most important thing, if you think that there well be any penny adjustment of 5 Rs psft for the delay - forget it. So be ready to pay 25% more rather than 5% more during possession. The towers like Nicholas 1 (flats are not registered even after 2 years of possession), Nicholas 2, Nicholas 3, Nicholas 4, Socrates 1, 2, 3 and villas are in a mess for not getting Completion certificate ever due to unlawful increase of FAR in this society for which there is no approval with supertech. They built first and take approval later on thanks to our sleeping authorities which wake up only once possession started and gave the eviction notice to buyers who took possession in these towers. Remember that extra unit built outside current approval is more than 100% thus making the extra units built more than 1000. So finally we group of 30 buyers have decided to protest supertech who presume that there is no law in India and have filed a case in National consumer court under the umbrella of association name AORPA which is founded by us. I request people not to give up and fight for the justice.The purpose of my writing is to make people aware before they are being cheated by the same techniques and request all those who felt the same way to write here. A new set of dictionary is required to define the builders, so we don't shame the words like: cheaters, fraudster, scamster, deceiver, robber etc. Was this information helpful? |
