Hi All,

I have booked a flat in supertech ecovillage- 3, tower B25 Unit address (1401) floor-14th on 13Dec-2012.As per agreement he should be handover on Dec 2016.If he will not provide after May2017 then he will pay the penalty. Here already 11 year has been over and now the project is on hold. The CRM team informed me that the project will be delivered as soon as possible. This has been delayed for the last 11 years. The project is on hold. Here every time telling lying and fool the customer. You are breaking the trust and adding trouble to the buyer.

I demand if you are not able to provide then return my money with compensation.

Also we are not receiving any proper response from CIRP team.

First payment was done on 13 Dec 2012, Now still my money has stuck from the last 11 years. As per agreement we need money with compensation. So
many problem i am facing last five years continue rent paying here, after given money to Builder . Here, my husband retired from the job in 2013. Now we have no other source of income, all money spent on the flat then how will i pay the rent. So please support and help me.
