Supertech — money not refunded after booking cancellation

Sir, i booked a flat in the supertech buider project in sector 78, gurgaon. (The valley project), i paid them total rs 2, 20, 950 in two installments, but due to some financial emergency, i cancelled my booking and asked them to refund the amount after appropriate deduction but they are not giving my money back. Please help urgently, i have all the appropriate documents with me

Updated by shiv1505 Sir . i am adding more details for my complaint. As mentioned above i booked a flat in the supertech buider project in sector 78, gurgaon. (The valley project), i paid them total rs 2, 20, 950 in two installments, but due to some financial emergency, i cancelled my booking and asked them to refund the amount after appropriate deduction but they are not giving my money back. Please help urgently, i have all the appropriate documents with me. i am attaching documents: my two payment scrren shot to supertech, my flat allotment form from supertech, my flat cancellation from dully filled, supertech stamp of receipt of my cancellation form. When i asked supertech to give me in written for the refund of my amount in 6 months, Supertech manager denied and said, if "we do not give even in 6 months, then what i can do"
