Supertech — no penalty for delayed project & no possession update

Address: E2 in eco village 3, sec 16B, greater noida 201303

Hi, we had invested in supertech eco-village 3 in may 2016. Since last 4 years there hasn't been any update and have visited the site so many times in the past (More than 10 times). There is no progress happening and doesn't look like the project will be completed ever. There is a penalty paid to us which is a part of the contract to be paid from june 2017.
