Supertech — no return of emi deducted under subversion plan

We had booked a unit in supertech hues gurgaon project under subvention plan of no emi till possession. From the last two months continuous emi is deducted from my account. I am following up with costumer care of supertech and they are saying it will be credited back in 1-2 days. Everyday i call them 100 times and they do not answer. Fed up like hell. Biggest mistake to book supertech. Pls help.
