Supertech — Non payment of interest amount

Dear sir i have applied in Basera project under Haryana Affordable housing policy 2013 in October 2014 vide Application no 185. After one year Supertech has refunded Rs. 96425/- without interest. Where as per the policy they should have paid interest @10%. in this regard i have sent numerous mails telephonic calls to crm and Gurgaon officials but they are either behaving rude or not responding. kindly intervene in the matter.
