As per the terms and conditions expressly agreed upon you and our clients, you were bound to make refund within the stipulated time of 90 days after acknowledgement of the documents in your office on[protected]. however, you failed to adhere to the terms of the refund payment therefore inform you to make refund to them immediately with panel interest due and payable by you, which you have failed and neglected to make payments despite numerous demands and personal follow-ups by our clients.
In case the payment is not made immediately the action for recovery of dues will be taken through appropriate legal proceedings criminal as well as civil, against you for the recovery of its legitimate dues, at your costs, risk and consequences.
