Dear madam/sir,
I have chosen on seeing your supertech pamphlet that 4th floor was there, believing that the project is for government officials (Officer enclave) and supertech could have cleared all the documents from authority. I had paid the initial booking amount of rs. 4.50 lakhs. When the loan was sanctioned based on my salary but it was hindered by your not approved 4th floor from haryana authority and punjab national bank had informed me (Pl. See attachment) that on table we have rejected supertech to disburse any amount unless and until the projects' 4th floor is not approved and officers enclave low flooring is approved till 3rd floor only.
Even if supertech proposes me to go for other floor then why should now i trust them. Lets say i have taken 45 lakhs loan and tomorrow some other person of 4th floor file litigation under rera then the whole project will be under scrutiny and my other floor would also be held for possession. But still i had to pay the bank almost more than one crore (Including interest and loan amount of 45 lakhs) of that flat which possession would be under the scanner. That reflect my apprehension of your unit delivery also. It is to understand that i am a salaried person and my family depends on that hard earned money, but i cannot take the risk to the project whose delivery is doubtful. Therefore, i urge you to kindly reimburse my booking amount, even i am not claiming of interest. Nor i m asking 15 to 17 thousand given to investors clinic. Had several visit in the supertech office talked to various crm. If the 4th floor will get the approval do inform by when, it would be approved by authority.
