I dr mayank varshney bought a flat in supertech Livingston society in crossing republic Ghaziabad in novemeber 2015 . I thought this will be my dream home and I will peacefully with all luxury and amenities which supertech promised and I invested all my money and resources into it, .but my dreams got shattered when I started facing problem on day to day basis due to poor maintenance services and pathetic approach of supertech management, from novemeber 2015 till april 2016 now and then water do not come in bathroom, maintenance people say you are living on high floor that’s why there is no pressure and motor have been provided for same which breaks down every week ..I work day and night to pay off the loan and when I m at home I run behind maintenance people to get this problem corrected…now I request you again to please do something about this problem as water is essential to live, how I will live in this society like this if I will not find permanent solution to this problem.
there are plenty of other problems from very frequent lift breakdown to security issues but water is priority …kindly do something or else I will have to take some drastic steps regarding these problems .. maintenance people mr kamran, mr naveen verma and mr aggarwak are hopeless people sitting in maintenance office they do nothing and never take care of problems of society people ..
