One of the most pathetic customer service i have ever seen. I bought a flat in 2010 and after 6 year still nothing. There site say possession started and payment immediate" but no demand letter. You call there numbers and no one answers. The are very good at payment reminder and charging un-reasonable interest but absolutely useless when it come to keeping their customers informed.

Its better to file a consumer complaint where you get your money returned with interest or if you want possession that also you get but that depend.
